Whether in a group or one-on-one setting, Raven Consulting can provide training on various topics, including accounting, finance, payroll, policies and procedures, internal control issues and casino compliance. For housing authorities, we are also contracted with NAIHC as Training and Technical Assistance providers.

Jeff's extensive experience working in the compliance functions of the Internal Revenue Service provides you with the expertise and knowledge necessary to stay compliant with Federal employment taxes, deposits, information return filings (including review and analysis of your vendor files), Bank Secrecy Act and Tribal General Welfare Exclusions. 

Raven Consulting frequently assists Tribal organizations in expanding their capabilities by performing analytical reviews such as review and enhancement of internal controls, policies and procedures and preparation of desk operating manuals. Our underlying goal is to improve the capacity and understanding by your staff, allowing them to accomplish these tasks.

Tribal housing authorities are required to conduct self-monitoring annually under 24 CFR 1000.502. Raven Consulting can work with your housing authority to complete this self-monitoring requirement.
